trying to get help to change my plan is the most frustrating thing ever!!!!!
The ai IS SOOOO SLOW, it doesn't help at all. I'm beyond frustrated I'm considering cancelling. I'm trying to change my plan but need to talk to a representative and the Chat assistant just goes in a circle not helping at all. I can't believe this is the service I receive, especially with how much I pay a month. I'm hoping I can get help here or I canceling my services after YEARS of loyalty.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
