Trying to get confirmation my minimum term agreement is complete

I went back to my order agreement email for my current internet service from August of 2023 that says "The offer is subject to the terms of your 12-month term contract."  The email also it says the minimum term contract is supposed to be attached and available via the my account section on the website.  It is neither attached to the email and the documents on my account are just two legal agreements that don't talk about the minimum term contract and one order agreement which just matches what my order confirmation email says.  I'm not sure since it should have expired August 2024 if that's why maybe the document isn't on the "my account section" or if there is another issue.

Thanks.

Same here! I had comcast xfinity for over 10 years and when I canceled they did not mention anything over phone about a "early termination fee" and when I go to review whatever contract they said I signed, it is not there
