Trying to get a status for a new xfinity order
I'm looking for a status on my xfinity internet/voice order. I signed up online on Nov 25 for 300 Mb internet and Voice. I received a call to approve the order later that afternoon. There was an issue with the approval and was transferred to Tier 2. I was immediately disconnected. I called back to the original number, talked with a different person, had to reenter my information and still needed to be transferred to Tier 2. This time it was done successfully. I spent 90 minutes on the phone while Support tried to set up my account, including Voice. Finally, they said that there were issues and recommended setting up internet first and waiting to add voice later. I agreed. They emailed me a link for my approvals and stated that the equipment would be shipped within 3-5 business days. I completed the approvals and ultimately the webpage updated stating that my approval had been received and a confirmation email would be sent. However, I never received the confirmation and the phone call with Tier 2 disconnected before I could confirm with them. It has now been 6 days since the order was requested.
