Trying to Get a Refund [Edited]
Good afternoon!
I have spent over 50 hours on the phone since last week trying to get a $200 refund from Xfinity. This includes the ticket being closed then me having to call to reopen it after I received zero feedback FOUR SEPERATE TIMES.
I was told my refund was approved at a higher level two separate times which was an outright lie from two separate employees. Your company did not care. I informed multiple employees and they did not care.
The last update I got from a [Edited: "Inflammatory"] was that the refund was denied. You never sent me anything saying that.
There is obviously no way to get the truth or my money back. [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"]

And for the public’s context: my internet started going in and out frequently starting in JANUARY. Xfinity even acknowledged this in March and gave me discounts. Now every agent I talk to makes me explain this and acts like there’s zero record of any of those issues. Add to that since MAY my internet has been completely out. I gave up and decided to see if the company who I’m paying to render a service would call or attempt to address the issue before charging me in full: they did not….FOR MONTHS. And now they’re “investigating” it or they’ve closed it. I CANT EVEN GET A CLEAR ANSWER. FIFTY [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"] HOURS ON THE PHONE

Xfinity - be a real shame if I started posting about this on social media too! Where’s my money [Edited: "Inflammatory"]? Where is it? 50 hours of discussion is enough investigation . Do one good thing today. Do one thing right.

I’m gonna post every single day until I see it. The phone calls are useless, no one has an email. Oh well: this is what you call customer service I guess. I have to start talking to lawyers and post on a forum to get money returned that multiple of your agents said was of course owed to me
