Hello, @user_a8d4mb Have you checked the Xfinity App for any reported service interruptions? I use reach for my phone to check for any notifications. Plus it includes some really handy troubleshooting tools. We also offer our status center page as an option to check as well. Tell me what additional troubleshooting steps you've taken such as checking your outlets for loose connections or any splitters that may be defective.
