Trying to get a construction estimate on new property
Hello,
After 2 months and 10 different agents, and immeasurable hours, I've turned to the forum here for help. After an hour on my last call with 6 agents, the seventh agent, the supervisor hung my call up when they picked up the phone.
Would anyone be willing to share their success story on how they were able to get Comcast to provide a construction estimate for a new property? My goal is to have Comcast to provide me with the cost to install Internet to a newly purchased property in NJ, which was confirmed to be serviceable.
Some Data Points:
- I own the lot.
- I have confirmation it's serviceable by Comcast.
- It is a wooded lot and does not have a house on it yet (looking for construction cost estimates).
- It is in NJ.
- I've had conversations with several agents and they put tickets into Engineering, but no one has gotten back to me.
- The one ticket number I was provided doesn't link to anything - I actually this is an agent's ID.
- Every time I call I start from scratch on this.
- I'm trying to get their Internet service to my home, starting with getting a construction estimate.
Thank you, all!
