Trying to figure out why there have been so many outages in my neighborhood this month.

I've had an outage every week this month - July 2nd, July 6th, July 14th, and July 21st. Every time my internet has gone down during the day for an extended period- which has seriously impacted my ability to work from home.  I've never had so many occur before. Is there any way to track down why these keep happening? Or tell if they are going to continue happening at this same frequency in the future?
