Trying to change plan or will be shopping for FIOS

Costs are ballooning for my home Xfinity service, long time customer and even have Business service at two offices.  Impossible to shop for deals, view current offers or change plan at all on the website or mobile app without having to take a sick day to sit on hold on the phone.  Cannot even access a live agent through chat to get some pricing options.   Hoping that I can at least get access to the Direct Message system by posting this and can get some real help.

I'd be happy to review over some more budget friendly options for your household services. To get started, can you please send  Direct Message with your name, and service address? 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
