Trying to change my plan

I am trying to change my plan but every time it reverts back to the old charges when I get to checkout. The chat bot wants me to call, I really DO NOT want to make a phone call, would prefer to get this done online!!

@user_upjijk I am sorry to hear you are running into issues. Are you logging into your account before reviewing packages and adding them to your cart? If you are signing in after looking at packages they may not be available to your account. Are you only seeing the chosen package disappearing after logging into the account?

I am logged in the whole time, go though the whole "change plan" process, and then when I get to the last screen, none of my changes are there.

@user_upjijk are you able to clear cookie and cache on your browser and try the order again?

@user_upjijk There can be many reasons why this happens when a customer is trying to change their package on the account. Since you want to complete the transaction online I am hoping the few things you can do to help resolve the issues allows you to make those changes as you would like. Another troubleshooting task would be to use a incognito window https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing

@user_upjijk  Are you trying to remove equipment? That wouldn't be removed until you return it to a store or UPS.

I just tried again, and removed only the tv channels and left the box alone, and it still didnt remove them AND it added another box for no reason. (We currently have 2 boxes) This is in an incognito window.

@user_upjijk Are you also changing your internet package even if you are selecting the same speeds and equipment for that you may be in a package that isn't allowing you to just change the cable channels
