Trying to change my plan
I am trying to change my plan but every time it reverts back to the old charges when I get to checkout. The chat bot wants me to call, I really DO NOT want to make a phone call, would prefer to get this done online!!

@user_upjijk I am sorry to hear you are running into issues. Are you logging into your account before reviewing packages and adding them to your cart? If you are signing in after looking at packages they may not be available to your account. Are you only seeing the chosen package disappearing after logging into the account?
