Trying to Cancel Service

Why do you put this number to call and cancel only to be transsferred to a support branch of your company to sell other support?  1-800-934-6489

It's on your website to specifically cancel service.  I get rude person on the end asking why I would expect them to cancel?  What a run around, I expect a class action against Xfintiy for these types of practices by making it almost impossble to cancel. This just makes my choice to move to another ISP even better.  

But getting back to my point....HOW DO YOU CANCEL SERVICE?  Your AI is useless and programmed by Xfinty in this manner, and just runs you around in circles.
