Trying to cancel "service", please allow me to cancel my "service", I have called and live agents refused to cancel

Hello,

I am contacting Xfinity here in the public forum to attempt to get my service canceled. My home internet has been out for 2-3 days, however yesterday I was charged the monthly amount and I still do not have service. I would like to get this final monthly payment refunded if possible. I have had multiple issues in the past and no longer need home internet. Additionally, I have submitted an FCC complaint regarding the refusal to cancel. Please allow me to cancel this broken service so I am not charged further, thank you.
