Trying to cancel my Xfinity services for several days! This is ridiculous.

I have tried repeatedly to cancel my service as I moved in with family so no longer needed.  I tried to chat and says no agents available.  I called and no one could help and call got disconnected after sitting on hold.  I tried to request a call back and got an error they were having trouble requesting callback and to try again.

It's almost 2025 - Xfinity update your technology you should be able to cancel on your own when logged in.  WHY do I need to talk to anyone!!!
