Trying to add Unlimited data. Xfinity error DFPLN4000
I own my own modem and I've been trying for weeks to add unlimited data to my account. Every time I click the option on the website to add unlimited data for andadditonal $30 dollars a month the website redirects me to the URL https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=DFPLN4000 and displays the following error. I'm trying to avoid the extra data charges for the month.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
