Hello there ,
Do you use the Xfinity App (purple one) ? For starters , I know of one place where you can look at your devices :
Open app > tap check email > at top , left of " Xfinity" , tap 🟰( it's 3 bars , ) > voice .
Under " Xfinity" listed is your landline number . If there's a message there I'd say it's working .
There's some small menus ~ check them out ( call history , mark as heard etc.) .
That's all that I can think of for now . ⛄️
