Trying to activate ESPN unlimited

I'm trying to activate ESPN unlimited that's included with being a platinum member. Every time I click it, it says something unexpected happened

Good Afternoon, @OmegaShadow77 Have you had a chance to visit the Xfinity Rewards page https://www.xfinity.com/membership to see if the reward is available there? If so, are you receiving the same "Something unexpected happened" message when you try to redeem it? If the issue persists, please let us know, and we'll be happy to take a closer look. 😊

No it's not there, It's under subscriptions. I go there and click activate, then it says something unexpected happened please close this pop up and try again later

Thank you for the clarification @OmegaShadow77 , and I apologize for the confusion. If the ESPN Unlimited offer is appearing under your Subscriptions section and you're receiving an error message when you click Activate, then the offer may be associated with your account but not activating properly. ESPN Unlimited is included at no additional cost for eligible Xfinity TV customers whose package includes ESPN. If you're seeing an activation option on your account, that generally indicates the offer should be available to you, if you are eligible.
