trying to access third party app tubi

I cannot get tubi. i have tried re-booting and still will not get access

Greetings, johnlozy! Thanks for knocking on our XFINITY Community door. We always want you to be able to stream your favorite movies with peace of mind! I am sorry to hear you have not been able to access Tubi. Have you experienced this issue with any other third-party apps as well?
