TRUNK LINE HANGING OVER DRIVEWAY - HAZARD
Hello Xfinity Support,
I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue that has been unresolved since May.
To fix my internet problems earlier this year, Comcast came out and replaced part of the trunk line with a temporary line. That resolved the internet connectivity issue—but the new line has been left hanging over my driveway, stretching approximately 100 yards to the end point of the Comcast trunk line. IT IS HANGING OFF A TREE.
Since then, multiple Comcast employees and contractors have visited the site. Each time, they assess the issue—but nothing ever gets fixed. I have made numerous calls, and every time someone is dispatched, the line is still left in the same condition.
This temporary line is now a persistent safety concern and clearly not a long-term solution. I need this issue fully resolved—permanently—by removing or securing the temporary line and completing the proper trunk line repair or reroute.
Please escalate this case to the appropriate field operations or construction team who can actually complete the work and close the loop.
