Hello, @user_ecoqnr! Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forum. You've come to a great place for help! Our Digital Care Team is amazing to work with because we are experts in all areas of your account, service(s), equipment, bill, and more :) It would be my pleasure to assist you further, please just refrain from posting personally identifiable information such as account or contact details while we work in this public space. May I ask what kind of trouble you're having at this time?

my Xfinity is not working. I was on with a technician yesterday who said that I needed a new router and that one would be delivered, but I don’t know when to expect it or if to expect it

@user_ecoqnr - Thank you for providing more details. I'm sorry to hear that your service is not working. We can help you figure things out! We are receiving each one of your messages. Please do not keep posting your phone number, though. This is a public platform, and that's considered PII (Personally Identifiable Information), which is why we keep editing the number out of your replies. Don't worry, we can move to private messages if necessary.

First, may I ask if you've tried logging in to My Account to confirm if you have equipment on the way? Alternatively, you may use the Xfinity App to track that package if it's on the way. You can also use our Xfinity Assistant to confirm the status. Please let me know if this helps!

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
We ask that you post publicly so people with similar questions may benefit from the conversation.
