Trouble with channel 3019

3019 is the New York Yankees channel and I’m not always able to see a show or game straight through because it just locks in a place and I can’t get past it. I can watch them on the opposing teams channel. It’s every other channel works except 3019. What’s going down with that particular channel? I’m paying to get that channel on the baseball
