Trouble with channel 3019

3019 is the New York Yankees channel and I’m not always able to see a show or game straight through because it just locks in a place and I can’t get past it. I can watch them on the opposing teams channel. It’s every other channel works except 3019. What’s going down with that particular channel? I’m paying to get that channel on the baseball

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your New York Yankees channel @user_6h6qjl. I see that you stated it locks in place and you can't get past it but you can watch them on other channels. Do you experience any error codes or messages when this happens? Have you tried resetting your cable box?

There are never any errors notices on the screen just lock up. I can’t even get past it by going with the flash fast-forward on past four yeah they’re always available if they’re playing Cleveland I can watch the Cleveland channel. I can’t get the channel otherwise I would need this. I wish they would put back on Comcast.

Many times. Wires also fine nothing blocking infrared signal not happening on any other station in the major league MLB program only on channel 3019, which is mostly from the yes channel
