Trouble returning equipment

I have no transportation. I don't know anyone who can give me a ride and can't afford an Uber or Lyft. I also can't get a return shipping label because there is no option to click on any equipment. The equipment has to be returned before the 14th or I'll have to pay $200ish which I can't afford. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us @Shaimizu! I appreciate you for confirming you have tried the return site. If there is not an option to click on any equipment, it is possible the login being used to reach that page is for an Xfinity ID linked to a different address/account.
