Trouble logging in and placing order
I can’t believe I keep having to say this over and over. It won’t let me log in, and when it does it immediately refreshes and logs me out. When I try to place an order and make a new account it says one w my phone number already exists, but when I try to get support it says my number is not linked to any account. Im trying to get internet for my new apartment and this is unfortunately my only option, it would be great if it actually worked. I’ve tried going incognito, accepting cookies and changing those settings, going on different browsers and even making new accounts. Everytime I try to place an order for internet, all is well until It’s time to actually submit the order, then it refreshes and logs me out. Crazy that I thought it would actually work. I’ve tried over and over and I am about to just give up. Im tired of trying to get customer service only to be met with automated messages also. “Im sorry your number doesn’t match our records!” that’s crazy because i’ve made so many accounts over and over, so many confirmation texts in my messages I have to freaking prove it. I need actual help, not the same 3 responses I see in these forums. Ive tried all of it.
