Trouble claiming XPods

Hello,

I've received an email that I was eligible for a free xPod. However, upon clicking the claim offer button, the webpage says I am not eligible. Can I get some assistance with this?

ntessem26 Here is a break down with this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/whole-home-wifi-evaluation that will go over the home evaluation process for the pods. It will go over eligibility, and the process. Let me know if this clears up any confusion.
