Trouble Changing Password [Edited]

I canceled my Xfinity internet account awhile ago and kept the comcast.net email. Now I am having trouble changing the password to this email of [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Immediately after disconnect, you must access your account every 90 days to keep it active. The following article should provide some good answers for you here.
