Triple Play Package
I would like to keep my existing plan but with a lower price. My bill has increased another $25.00 since the last bill. I am now paying over $290.00 a month for this service. Comcast always has special rates for new customers so how can I get my current Triple Play Plan at a lower price and keep the same plan (change nothing). I was told by an agent on the phone when I called that the current plan, I have is a Grandfathered plan. I do not want to change anything on my current plan just want to lower my bill if possible.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
