Triple Play Existing Customer

Been asking for help with no response.

I have Triple Play Package,however just wanted to find out if I can stay in the same price range and get HD and voice mail.

Have triple play also have contacted Comcast 4 times about our package and 4 times talking to them either phone or internet when we get down to answer my questions they drop the call on purpose. 4 times really something smells and we don't like it. Going to the Better Business and the FFA since we cannot get satisfaction.
