Tried to submit a move request got "Sorry, this order is worklisted"
I tried to enter a request to move my service and got an error saying "Sorry, this order is work listed." It said to call the worklist helpdesk but didn't provide any phone number / way to contact anyone.
Who can I contact to get this resolved as I need to get this resolved before I move at the end of the month?
