Tried to purchase a plan

Don't know if I'm in the right place, but over a week ago, i tried to purchase a black friday plan and have yet to receive a starter kit. The chat bot keeps saying the shipping status will be in My Account, but that page just says "Thanks for your purchase. We're getting your account set up."

I got charged the $1 when i checked out, but that's been refunded. And I kept getting emails to finish my order. So, what's going on with all of that?
