Trees grown into Comcast utilities

Hello @user_c04f80, and thank you for reaching out about a tree growing into our line area. Our technicians are skilled and trained in cable service and repairs only. They do not carry chainsaws nor the equipment to also tend to trees of various heights on their cable trucks nor do we take liability for any issues a tree may cause. The owner of the tree is responsible for the maintenance of the tree and any issues it may cause to any utility including and not limited to water, sewage, or cable lines. However, or lines are normally on the same pole as power lines. That is something that a power company would take care of in most cases as that is a hazard.
