Tree Trunk on Phone/Fiber Line - Need Help Removing

This is extremely random but I moved into a house recently and what appears to be the phone/fiber line above my house has a tree trunk that has grown around it. Most of the tree has been removed but whoever removed it left the part of the trunk that is right around the line. I contacted the power company and they said it wasn't a power line but instead was actually a phone line. I'm not sure who to contact about this but I figured Xfinity might own that line?

How do I get in touch with someone from Xfinity to come out and confirm if they can remove it?
