tree on wires

A large tree limb is resting on Comcast cables right by the road. If/when the branch holding it there snaps, it likely may roll into the road causing a safety issue. I haven't found a local tree company that wants to deal with something on the wires, does comcast actually handle this or do they subcontract it out? Or more to the point, do they not care until the wire and damaged tree above it come down?

The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" related...................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello winter599  thank you so, so much for taking the time to reach us here on our Xfinity Forums. We can raise the line but do not do the branch removal work. This is usually handled by your local utility.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address, and I'll be happy to help.
