Tree limb sitting on my service cable - who do I contact?

A large limb on my neighbor’s tree is pushing down on the service access cable to my house, and also partially sitting on the adjacent main cable line at the street.  Who is responsible to trim the limb?  Who should I contact?  Thanks.
