Tree Fell and Pulled Internet Wire From House

​My name is [Edited: Personal Information] and, last night, a tree fell inbetween the pole and my house, pulling the power lines and internet line from my house. The outage map says the internet has been restored to my area; however, the internet line is on the ground next to my house. How can I schedule a technician to come out to reconnect the line?​
