Tree fell and disconnected lines
A tree fell during a storm last night and broke the internet and power lines running to the house. The power has been safely reconnected by the power company but the internet is still disconnected.
The lady that scheduled our service call was not able to comprehend that a tree is what disconnected the lines and is sending a tech out to make sure our modem is working.
I would like to make sure the technician is informed on what he/she is walking into. The line will need to be reconnected to the pole and I dont want them to just think they are replacing a faulty modem.
Is there anyone I can contact that is not that customer service line?
