Treatment is unacceptable

I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with Xfinity Mobile’s customer service. As a loyal customer of 11 years and a Platinum member, I expected better treatment than the appalling service I’ve received.  

A representative blatantly lied to me to make a sale. I have called multiple times regarding the phone I was promised, but to this day, I have not received it. Each time I call, I am met with dismissiveness and excuses. Whenever I request to speak with a supervisor, I am given the runaround, which only adds to my frustration.  

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for someone who has supported your business for over a decade. Xfinity’s deceptive practices and lack of accountability have made me question why I remain a customer at all.  

Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will seriously consider ending my relationship with Xfinity and advising others to avoid your services entirely. I demand a resolution to this matter and expect to hear from someone who is actually empowered to help.
