Treated poorly by representative
I was just spoken to very disrespectfully and talked over and basically demeaned by a customer service employee when I was trying to explain the reason for my call. I tried to tell him it’s not the first time I’ve had to do this and he just wouldn’t let me explain or answer my questions. I ended up being forced to hang up because he was so incredibly mean. I can’t seem to find who to report this to if it even makes a difference
