Trash Customer Service
As with most big companies, it seems that Xfinity has done away with customer service representatives entirely, and has now relied on a bot that answers no questions, provides no help, and hangs up on you.
My internet has gone down for the fourth time this week, and it's only Wednesday. And it happens every time I begin to work, around midnight. This is disrupting my business, and needs resolved now, not in 6 hours.
