Trash company

Worst customer service been waiting on my incentive to pay out for over 8 months bill keeps going up constantly. Have to love having no service and slow service about every where i go. Been with the company forever and they are just terrible now was told my incentive was on the way haven’t received it yet. Paid the phone from the other company that i regret switching from now. For what you pay and not getting good customer service is ridiculous. Might as well go to visible or helium.
