Transmission line maintenance

Hello,

We live just off highway 20 between Corvallis and Albany Oregon. We suspect that the transmission lines running along Highway 20 belong to Comcast. This was the indication that we received from the power company when we contacted them regarding blackberry vines hanging from the transmission lines. As a result of the transmission lines, being covered with BlackBerrys, traffic is being extracted, and it poses a pretty substantial safety issue. How do I contact someone at Comcast to report this issue?
