Transitioning our above ground cable line to underground

I am a current Xfinity customer. The xfinity line to our house is on poles across the edge of our property and is then buried between a pole in our front yard and our house. We are burying our electric utility line in conduit and removing the utility poles. I need to coordinate with Comcast to determine what size conduit the existing Xfinity line should be buried in and then have Xfinity move the line before the poles are removed. Who do I talk to at Comcast? Thanks

@XfinityRichard there is an open request from my wife who is on the account at @xfinityfrank. It will not permit us to send another message apparently while the prior one is open. Can you pick up the prior request from the other support person? Thanks

I do apologize, @ric2327 I see the previous conversation your wife had with my colleague; we are not able to reply back on that conversation. Is she able to go back to that previous conversation?-Richard

She posted a response to that conversation about an hour ago and there has not been a response.

Can you delete the prior conversation so that she can post a new request?

Hey there, @ric2327 I do apologize for the delay in getting back to you. To delete an Xfinity Forums post, navigate to the post, locate the three-dot menu at the top right corner of the post, and select the delete option.. Confirm your choice when prompted.-Richard
