Transferring Services

I'm transferring services, but dates ere not asked.  I see that the services has been disconnected at my current location and I need them restored till July 15, 2024.

I see that services at my new location are ready to be activated.  Can I use my old equipment, activate it using my new account, but at my current location then take that gear to my new address?

Yes, you can use the same equipment if you are coming your services the same. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the name on your account, the old service address, and the new service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
