Transferring services to New address

Hello, we're moving to a new house and I've tried three separate times to schedule the move via the Xfinity website. I get as far as selecting a time slot, but when I click "Next" I get the following error: "We're sorry about that. Please try again.
XCP GraphQL Status API Failure XCSCP.400.1.3"

Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you!

(Also I tried to add proper tags, but every.time I try to select one I get an error to refresh and try again 🙃)

@user_3zcdw1 We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I know first hand how stressful moving can be. Our goal is to always make moving your Xfinity services the easiest part of your move. I would be more than happy to assist you with getting your move set up. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name, current service address and the address you are moving to in order to get started. To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
