Transferring address issues
I have been an xfinity customer since 2018 and ALWAYS have significant difficulty getting support with issues. This time, I am trying to transfer my internet to a new home that I will be moving to. The online platform is not user friendly and when you select to enter the address of your new home, it only allows you to choose from old addresses. When I called, they said that we are not able to add new address ourself and a representative must do it for you. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get support from a live agent both online and over the phone. I chatted with multiple agents online and had to explain my request over and over because they kept leaving the chat. When calling, I keep getting pushed around and told that the department I’m speaking with cannot process my request (which they transferred me to). It’s extremely frustrating to spend hours just trying to complete a simple request.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
