Transferring account

Recently old our vacation property.  Home internet and TV were covered as part of the HOA fees, so we do not pay directly to Xfinity.  How do we transfer this service to the new owners?

Hi there and welcome to Comcast. The new owners will need to call into customer service and talk to our Bulk team. They can set up the account under their name. All you will do is need to cancel your account under your name.
