Transferring account to Yahoo
I remember getting some kind of message about this early on and I thought it was spam. When I tried to change over I got a message that my account was ready to be moved yet. How can I get it switched over or how can I get all my messaged deleted and start over so that my boxes are empty?

@abigailyh You can find all of the information about that email migration here. If you have not gotten an invitation from xfinity@updates.xfinity.com to migrate your email, worry not we are sending those out throughout 2026. Yahoo has also created a great FAQ/help article about the migration as well.
