Transferring account to roommate and starting new service
I currently live with a roommate and am moving out of the current location before the end of our lease. I need to transfer the current plan to them so that I can start service at my new address without either of us losing internet connection. I can’t seem to get a real person on the phone and none of the FAQs or Xfinity Assistant have been any help.
