Transferred again and again and again and again [Edit]

Dealing with Comcast is a complete nightmare I was stupid enough to fall for their stupid 1497 this is the second time they tricked me into this cheap plan the first time they screwed me over and they had to do a balance every month for two years well that just ended a couple months ago so now they tricked me into their essential plan that's supposed to be 1497 a month that was 4 months ago they told me I had to do prepay for one month and then after the first month then it would go to 1497 I've tried to call in I can't get through to anyone it automatically hangs up on you it wants you to deal with the chat which I've tried that it keeps telling me that I need to return my device which I never had a device for the internet now for 4 months they've charged me [Edit: Language] me I should say on $30 a month and it's supposed to be $14.97 I called customer service of course I'm transferred to the Philippines I explain everything I get transferred to a different Department I explain everything over again to the next agent I get transferred again I explain over this literally happened tonight six times and then I got transferred to an extension where they were closed I mean it is just absolutely a nightmare I have been a customer of a Comcast Xfinity for 30 years and I am so frustrated with the lack of regard the lack of customer service the disaster transfer after transfer after transfer makes me believe that the Comcast is paying the Philippines by how much time you're on the phone with them there must be some per minute fee that they charge because how on God's green earth can I have to be transferred over and over to be told I reached the wrong Department to be transferred again to say that I reached the wrong Department to be transferred again to be on the phone for 3 hours at a time and then nothing gets taken care of they lie to you oh we're putting in a ticket for that oh we're putting in a ticket for this and then a month goes by you have to call back because you never got it fixed here I am 4 months later I'm still being charged $30 a month I'm supposed to be charged 1497 and now he tells me that I need to put a stop to my credit card like are you [Edit: Language] kidding me you [Edit: Inflammatory] How could so many people play so many transfer games it's really a joke and they apologize and apologize and it's like I'm not looking for an apology I'm looking for you to fix the error it's just ridiculous I'm going to have to report them again to the Utility Commission Department complaint organization

To make matters worse the last agent transferred me to the essentials Department which was closed and never gave me the phone number and when you call Comcast you get looped into them wanting you to do the chat and not be able to talk to anyone I mean it is a complete nightmare I wasted so many hours of my life and I'm so angry dealing with these people [Edit: Inflammatory]
