Transfering service

I have recently moved out, and would like to transfer my Xfinity account to my old roommate. Your online portal directs me to the chatbot, and your chatbot directs me to the online portal. I will no longer be paying for the service, and would like this matter resolved quickly.

Recently transferred my Samsung s22 phone service and # from ATT to Xfinity - tried several times thru chat and voice - you must go to an xfinity store to do this - you need a new Xfinity sim card. I tried several times via chat and voice and I ended up having to go to the store. Beware.
