Transfer Xfinity Rewards
Hello,
I recently moved my Xfinity account to a new and my rewards are not there. I'm currently a Platinum Xfinity customer where to get a special deal and when signing up generated a new account number and I no longer have my correct rewards.
I can see both accounts still and in order to get the rewards I can switch to that account and do so but that account is no longer the Primary. My accounts are linked, I would just like the rewards moved to the other account before they disappear.
When doing the transaction over the phone the support was not able to do anything.

Good afternoon kazanka101 we appreciate you bringing your Xfinity service to your new address! I am more than happy to assist you with ensuring your Xfinity Rewards status is also transferred to the new account. I will need some additional information, so that I can assist you with this.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
