Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_w841tz It depends on the status of the new address and what you're planning on doing with your equipment. If you're using your own and/or planning to use the same equipment we can get you set up for service (assume the self-install is successful) on any day of your choosing. We can't set order out past 30 days so if you're looking to schedule something past the first few days of December we would have you wait on putting in that request. Our team can assist with setting that process up with you. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
